Yesterday, Deepak Chopra and his family were interviewed on Morning Joe. They talked about their new project to bring meditation to people across the world, through the internet. At the 5 minute spot of the interview, Deepak answers Joe's question about how to manage the various demands we typically have. I found his comments particularly relevant to the problems children have with homework. I am presenting here my own video clip in which I discuss this issue.
